Nutrition Blog Network pulls its content from your RSS feed – it’s an important part of how the network works. RSS (or Real Simple Syndication) is simply a back-end text-focused version of your blog. If you’re having trouble finding your RSS feed, you can:

Via Internet Explorer: Go to your blogs homepage. From the top bar menu of Explorer, select the orange RSS button to pull the RSS URL

Via Mozilla Firefox: Go to the homepage. From Bookmarks Menu of Firefox, select Subscribe to This Page. Now in address bar you will be able to see the RSS feed of the site.

Please note: your RSS feed is not the same address as your blog’s url.

For example:
Website: http://www.nutritionblognetwork.com/
RSS: http://feeds.feedburner.com/nutritionblognetwork/
